My Story
Guiding you from first question to closing day.
I'm RoxSandra Perrault, a licensed real estate broker in Oregon and Washington with NW Dream Chasers at MORE Realty. I've been in the real estate industry since 2010 and have proudly helped buyers and sellers since becoming licensed in 2018.
My experience spans residential properties, acreage and rural properties, first-time buyers, and the more complicated situations that need extra patience and careful guidance.
My approach comes down to two things: communication and negotiation. I explain every step in plain language, and I negotiate with your goals in mind. Your situation and your goals are different from anyone else's, so we'll build a plan around you, not a script.
I founded NW Dream Chasers because I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to pursue their dreams through homeownership and wise real estate decisions.
